Dorans has a number of committees dedicated to a single purpose. These are described below. If you are interested in joining one of these committees, please send them an e-mail!
The AcCo organizes all non-e-sport related activities, such as the monthly drinks (borrels) and fun IRL activities like pooling, bowling, ice skating, bouldering and way more! If you have some cool ideas for activities and want to make them happen, or if you’re interested in organizing get-togethers, the AcCo is definitely for you!

The TOCO is split into three groups: The regulars, Lan team and the House Cup team.
The regulars organize all internal tournaments and casual events throughout the year. They are responsible for the ARAM-tournament, Valorant-tournament, the Minecraft tournament, casual events evening and also organize both the Mid Year Invitational and The End of Year Tournament.
The Desc team has organized Desc and will continue to organize awesome Lan’s in the future.
The House Cup team organizes the Housecup tournaments, tracks the scores of both teams and anything else related to the House Cup.

The DISCO is split into three teams among the committee.
Stream Team: Help manage and set up streams for yourself (or for other who are interested in streaming) and create awesome content on our very own twitch channel!
Coaching Team: Share your knowledge and guide others by offering coaching and support to help people improve in their respective game.
Tryout Team: Take charge of organizing and running the selection tryouts, making sure everything runs smoothly. If one of these three teams interest you, the Disco is for you!

The Media Committee makes all Dorans media content. They are divided into three teams: The Content team, the Social Media team and the Newsletter team. This means they take pictures during activities, design posters, make Instagram posts, make the newsletter and send out internal announcements. So if you want to help out with any of these things, send them a message!

The WebCo maintains the Dorans website. Do you want to help out with either the technical or the creative side of web design? You don’t have to know anything about coding or making websites to be useful in this committee! If you want to see for yourself how easy it is to change the website, send us a message.

The TaCo consists of the D&D team and the Board Game team, and they organise the tabletop events within the association. The D&D team organises themed events, one-shots and campaigns, they maintain their own Discord server and keep in contact with the dungeon masters.

The Introduction Committee manages the integration of new members! You can find them on the intro market during the introduction week. After the new sign-ups, they create a buddy system where each committee member is connected to some new Dorans members. They will keep in contact and try to convince you to go to activities together :).

The Dorans weekend is backkk! A weekend sleeping on location, touching grass, doing outdoor games, eating dinner and playing evening board games. All organised by this lovely committee.

Welcome to the Fighting Game Committee, or FiCo for short! We organise fighting game tournaments on a biweekly schedule, on every second Wednesday. We also organise biweekly tournaments for Smash Brothers Ultimate specifically on every second Tuesday. The games we primarily organise for are Super Smash Brothers Ultimate, Guilty Gear Strive, and Street Fighter 6.

The Advisory Committee are a maximum of 5 people, mostly former board members and others with experience in associations. The Advisory Committee advises the board during the year by having regular moments to speak with the board.

The Audit Committee keeps tabs on the Treasurer and the bank account. They also check the financial reports and all income and expenditures. This committee is chosen at the first GMM every year and is fixed for the rest of the year.
The Application Committee is a yearly new committee tasked with finding a new board for Dorans. They consist of 2 members of the current board and 2 members of the Advisory Committee. They interview candidates and present a candidate board towards the end of the year.
